Alana M.
Acellus Academy Graduate
My daughter did well on her ACT and was accepted by 4 schools in 3 different states. Alana will start at Regent University August 2019 with over 10k in scholarships!
After being frustrated over homeschool products that tried the all day transitional approach, I researched and found Acellus with it’s swiss cheese approach. I began reading how the curriculum was paced and adjusted to my children. I did not believe it at first. However, as I listened and viewed the information on the website I said it was worth a try. The lessons got to the point and the children were less burdened with busy work. The added bonus was Acellus let me check on them using my app without asking. Also, if they needed help I can see where I needed to focus help. As far as homeschool I am in Virginia. After I gave the Board of Education Acellus’s accreditation, I no longer had to provide testing each year. They counted my children as enrolled in private school. This was cost and time saving.
Now my daughter did well on her ACT and was accepted by 4 schools in 3 different states. Alana will start at Regent University August 2019 with over 10k in scholarships! My son is right behind her and is expected to graduate 2020! Thank you again for this wonderful program.
As far as applying for school was easy. Most schools have an email to send official transcripts. Just call and ask for their official email and send it through the parent portal. Because she was at home and was an online student, her schools saw her as a self starter. She received a merit award for grades.”

Philip F.
Acellus Academy Graduate
My son, Philip, received his high school diploma (one year ahead of his peers) through Acellus Academy in September 2018. He took his ASVAB (military) test in October 2018. He scored well enough to select “combat medic” as his Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) On January 2, 2019, He shipped to Fort Jackson, South Carolina for boot camp.
On the day you sent me this email regarding Acellus graduation, he was actually walking across Hilton Field, Fort Jackson, for his Boot Camp Graduation, and is now at his new location for his Advance Individual Training (AIT) and will be studying to become a combat medic.
Thank you so much, Acellus Academy, for providing my son with the option to work on his high school diploma doing it his way, at his pace using an excellent curriculum that was very student-friendly.
Many thanks to all departments at Acellus. Everyone I spoke with was very patient and helpful when I needed to make sure that Philip was on track, especially when we needed my son’s Army recruiter to get Philip’s high school transcripts via email.
Thank you again, Acellus Academy, for helping my son follow his dreams!”

Acellus Academy Senior
I got into all three of the schools I applied to and will be attending the University of Colorado Boulder in the fall! I could not be more thrilled. It has been my dream school since I was in elementary school! I was also selected by CU as an Arts & Humanities scholar and was awarded the Arts & Humanities Gold Scholarship along with an invitation to participate in the College of Arts & Sciences Honors Program.
I cannot thank you enough for all your help and support with this process and for writing me such a lovely letter of recommendation. I am incredibly thankful to have had the opportunity to work with you during my application process.
I would also like to let you know how much I appreciate Acellus, the courses are fantastic and have helped me to reach my full academic potential and make my college dreams come true.
I could not have done this without Acellus!

Billie C.
Acellus Academy Graduate
Acellus is really flexible and that worked wonders for me. I ended up graduating a year early because of Acellus’s flexibility. I graduated in 2017 and then took a gap year after graduation. I started community college in 2018 and I have made either the Vice President’s List or the President’s List each semester.
I started off being homeschooled. I then went to public school for the first time where I was held back a couple of grades. I have learning disabilities and was put in special ed classes when I started public school in the 4th grade. Public school ended up being hard for me since I didn’t really fit in socially and the academic side was hard for me too. I was in public school from 4th grade to the first few months of 8th grade.
In 8th grade, I decided I wanted to be homeschooled again and so my parents pulled me out of school and started homeschooling me. In 8th grade, I used a different online homeschooling program that I didn’t like very much because I thought it was too kiddish for me. I found out about Acellus Academy through research and I started doing Acellus in 9th grade.
Acellus ended up being the perfect fit for me. I am a visual learner so the short videos worked really well for me. My favorite part about Acellus was that its classes are self-paced so I could work on my own pace. This allowed me to finish some classes really quickly and it also allowed me to finish other classes at a slower pace. I also loved how I could take AP classes in some subjects and in others still be in normal level or even special ed classes.
I am a part of an academic honors society where you need at least a 3.5 GPA to get in. I am now finishing my associate’s degree and I will be transferring to a Delta State University this fall to finish my bachelor’s degree. I have received two scholarships and one scholarship pays for half of my tuition.
I really credit Acellus for my college journey so far. It prepared me in ways that a public school education would not be able to.

As part of Roger Billings lifelong commitment to supporting education, the Scholarship Program was created as a way to “give back” by supporting students with mentoring guidance and special tuition.
Research shows that students who attend Roger Billings’ weekly lectures improve academically and develop positive attitudes about their schoolwork. Using examples from his own career and life, Roger Billings motivates and inspires students to achieve their best and believe that they can make a difference.
Roger Billings, Creator of Acellus
The Roger Billings Scholarship Program covers a significant portion of the tuition expenses to enroll in Acellus Academy.
The Scholarship Program is available to all Acellus Academy students. To receive the special tuition rate, students must agree to tune-in to the weekly lecture. Students who have a schedule conflict and are not able to watch live may watch the recorded lecture later in the week.
