Dr. Roger Billings is a science and technology luminary, credited with significant innovations in the critical areas of renewable energy, computer networking, cyber-security, and education. As Chairman of the Acellus Research Center, Dr. Billings has focused on developing computer-based tools to improve the effectiveness of the learning process. This focus has resulted in the creation of Acellus, a system that uses the unique capabilities of the computer to efficiently deliver educational material to students. The Acellus Learning Program is expanding rapidly, currently reaching more than a million students in all 50 states and Canada, as well as students in 47 countries abroad.
