How to Sign In As a Parent

Welcome to this step-by-step guide designed to help Acellus Academy parents sign into their account using the Acellus App. This process involves downloading the app, verifying your identity, and accessing your parent dashboard. Follow the instructions below to get started.

What You’ll Need:

  • A device with internet access (computer, tablet, or smartphone).
  • The email address and phone number used to enroll your student.
  • Access to the App Store or Google Play Store to download the Acellus App.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Download and Install the Acellus App from the appropriate app store:
Step 2: Access Parent Sign-In
  • Open the installed Acellus App.
  • Click on the “Parent/Teacher Sign-in” option.

    Step 3: Add a GoldKey to Your Computer
    • Wait for the GoldKey sign-in window to appear.
    • Click “Add a GoldKey to this Computer”.

    Step 4: Enter Your Account Details
    • Input the email address associated with your student’s enrollment.  This would be the email on your Parent account.
    • Create a unique password and confirm it.   Note: The PIN must be at least 8 digits long.
    Next, you will be prompted to activate your GoldKey token.  When this page appears,s imply click ‘Continue’.
    Step 5: Verify Your Account
    • You will now be asked to enter your email. Please enter the email associated with your Acellus Academy account, then click “Continue.” On the following page, you will receive a 6-digit code via email from GoldKey.
    • Enter the code in the box and click “Verify.”

    (Available verification options may vary depending on how the original account was set up.)

    The next screen will say that your GoldKey token has been activated. Click continue.

    Your last step will be to verify your phone number. We recommend doing this now, rather than skipping this step. Skipping this step will result in a prompt to do so every time you sign in. On the following page, you will receive a 6-digit code via text from GoldKey. Enter the code in the box and click “Verify.”

    Step 6: Access Your Parent Account
    • Once verified, you will be signed in and can access your parent dashboard.

    Helpful Tips:

    • Do not close the GoldKey Sign-In window while awaiting your verification code.
    • If you close it accidentally, request a new code to be sent.
    • Always use the most recent verification code if multiple attempts are made.
    • Ensure your phone number matches the one used during enrollment for smooth verification.
