Rather than having your student restricted to a standard pace or by their peers, Acellus Academy allows for students with a higher proficiency for learning to get ahead and confront themselves with challenges at their own pace.
Acellus Academy is designed to keep up with students to provide unique and challenging material that will keep students engaged and help them accelerate their learning capabilities.
Honors High School Pathway
Acellus Academy offers an Honors Education Pathway that prepares students for competitive four-year universities while acquiring credits that will let them get a head start in their college career. The Honors Education Pathway includes a challenging arrangement of courses that prepares students with a diverse set of skills through AP and Honors options.
Earn College Credit While in High School
Acellus Academy offers College Board approved AP courses that allow your student to earn college level credits in high school as well as prepare them for the rigor that is typical of colleges and universities. Acellus AP courses train students to achieve passing grades on AP exams so that they may receive proper college credit recommendation for their AP course.
Dual Enrollment Opportunities
Acellus Academy’s personalized approach to self-paced learning and schedule flexibility allows for students to pursue dual enrollment opportunities. Dual enrollment allows students to enroll in courses provided by local colleges that let students earn both high school and college level credits allowing your student to pursue courses with college level rigor at lower costs.
Self-Paced Courses
Each course is self-paced, allowing students to spend extra time as needed to master each lesson concept. Families have the flexibility to plan and adjust their schedule as needed.
Year-Round Enrollment
Students may enroll in Acellus Academy at any time during the year. After enrolling, students will start at the beginning of each course and begin making their way toward graduation.

Roger Billings Mentoring Program Scholarship
Dr. Roger Billings, Acellus Chairman, has been a lifelong supporter of enhancing education.
To continue his efforts, Dr. Billings created the Roger Billings Scholarship Program as a way to support students enrolled in the Acellus Academy online school.
The program includes a scholarship as well as mentoring guidance from Dr. Billings himself. The scholarship gives financial assistance to kindergarten through high school students who are enrolled in Acellus Academy. To qualify for the scholarship program, students must agree to participate in weekly lectures, which are broadcast via the Internet, while they are taking online classes through Acellus Academy.
